Our Mission:

an organization of caring community members working proactively to reduce youth substance use and risky behavior, while providing families with resources, education, and activities that promote safety, health, and wellness.

The projects of the Community Coalition for Family Wellness (CCFW) are funded through The Prevention Council of Saratoga County with support from the federal Drug Free Communities (DFC) grants of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
